Day 41 (Tue 16th may 2006): I had a visit from my Grandma Dot & Grandpa Ben today. They came with a couple of my grand aunties. They stayed for an hour to be with me. That was the highlight of my day. I am also counting the days to when I can stop my medicine. I am getting excited. Goodnight mummy, goodnight papa.

    I am so happy Grandma Dot visited you!

    You are the most soothing balm on her grieving, wounded soul.

    Cousin Noah and I went to Mass today at a tiny church called Notre Dame des Victoires in San Francisco.

    I was praying for you and and mummy, especially while admiring the beautiful stained glass window of the Nativity.

    I will light a candle for you and mummy tomorrow.
